Wonderful original 1813 hand-colored aquatint engraving from William Alexander's "Picturesque representations of the dress and manners of the Austrians" published by Howlett and Brimmer in London.

The print is nicely matted and ready to frame.

Handwritten annoation "Hermannstadt" at the bottom which would indicate that these are Romanian women from Sibiu a city in Transylvania, Romania.
